Things to Know

Dress Code

Please ensure that your child wears clothing in which they can move easily and are comfortable. Close-toed shoes are required. They may be moving exuberantly, sitting on the floor, learning choreography and using craft supplies or paint.

Clothing NOT permitted includes: flip-flops, open-toed sandals. If skirts are worn, leggings or under-skirt shorts must accompany them

LUNCH & SNACK

Campers have one 10-minute snack break in the afternoon and one 60-minute lunch each day. Campers will not have access to a refrigerator or microwave. A few things to note:

  • We do not provide food; campers must bring their own food.
  • Send non-perishable food only and mark your child’s name on their lunch bag.
  • Send a refillable water bottle marked with their name. They will have access to water fountains to refill their bottles.
  • Dependent on weather, lunch may take place outside.
  • Pack extra food. Campers will be exerting a lot of energy during classes and often eat more than they normally do.
  • WE ARE A PEANUT FREE CAMP. Please avoid peanuts and peanut butter snacks; some of our campers have severe peanut allergies.

Please make sure that you have included all food allergies and special needs in your child's medical form in the camper questionnaire (JotForm) you fill out.

EXTENDED CARE

Extended care is available to camp families to accommodate parent work schedules. This is a basic childcare option and not additional camp instruction. Extended Care activities include coloring, books, stencils, puzzles, card and board games. After Care may go to the park when the weather is amenable. We are unable to pro-rate on a day-to-day basis.
