Donors are a very important part of the Playhouse family. Your generous contribution to our annual fund builds sets, purchases props, brings theatre to schools and community centers, and puts extraordinary artists on our stages.

Did you know?

Your support affects more than 187,000 people who attend Playhouse performances and programs each season. Your donation subsidizes the Playhouse's education and outreach programs that use the incredible power of the arts to impact more than 50,000 students across the region.

Your gift of $5,000 or more brings you into an exclusive group of the Playhouse's most generous friends; throughout the year, members receive insider access to the behind-the-scenes world of the Playhouse and to the artists who create the magic on our stages.

*Subject to availability.

Under IRS guidelines, your contribution is tax-deductible less the fair market value of benefits received. Fair Market Values: $150 = $0; $300 = $0; $750 = $20; $1,500 = $130; $2,500 = $130; $5,000 = $500; $10,000 = $1,150; $30,000 = $1,600. To receive a full tax deduction for your support, you have the option to decline all benefits.

Please note: The Playhouse is not able to offer benefits for gifts made through donor-advised funds, retirement accounts, or foundations.

Start Monthly Giving

  • Easy. You will appreciate the convenience of a small, regular donation from your credit card.
  • Secure. We use secure, encrypted technology to always protect your financial information.
  • Impactful. Even small amounts have a big impact: $10/month adds up to $120/year!

Your card will be charged monthly for the pre-designated amount of your gift. You'll get a receipt with all of your contributions at the end of each calendar year for tax purposes, and we will contact you to renew your commitment for the following season.

Make a Tribute or Memorial Gift

Honor or remember a loved one with the gift of theatre. Tribute or memorial gifts support both the extraordinary theatre on our stages and the education programs that touch more than 57,000 young lives each year. You can celebrate a person’s life and milestones in a unique way as you watch your gift come to life on our stages. We will send a greeting card to the honoree or a surviving family member notifying them of your donation, and you and your honoree will be acknowledged in our program.
