Our Philosophy

Pre-Kindergarten
Our 30-minute classes for children ages 3 to 4 years old focus on social and artistic development through improvisation, theatre games and a visual art component. We teach students how to band together as an ensemble and use their voices, bodies and imaginations to create complex tales and characters.

Kindergarten Through Second Grade
Our 45-minute classes for young performers in kindergarten through second grade focus on social and artistic development through creative dramatics, improvisation and theatre games. We teach students how to band together as an ensemble and use their voices, bodies and imaginations to create complex tales and characters.

Third Through Fifth Grades
Our 55-minute classes for young performers in third through fifth grade focus on developing the craft and technique of acting and specialty subjects that can include voice, movement, improvisation, stage combat and make-up through fun exploration and ensemble building. We value process over product as young actors develop skills and confidence.

Sixth Through Eighth Grades
Our 90-minute classes for young performers in sixth through eighth grade focus on developing the craft of performance technique including acting, rehearsal, script analysis, blocking and character development. Our musical theatre performance workshops include instruction in dance and singing. The learning goals for this program emphasize understanding the process of developing a character, putting scenes together and working as an ensemble.
