Directed by BLAKE ROBISON

Based on the novel by master storyteller Margaret Atwood and inspired by real-life events, this spine-tingling mystery of the mind will chill you to the bone. Sixteen-year-old Grace Marks was imprisoned for life in 1843 for committing one of the most notorious murders in history. Grace, however, has sworn she has no memory of the events. Fifteen years later, psychologist Simon Jordan begins interviewing Grace to gradually unlock her memories. Though inquisitive at first, he soon finds himself plummeting down a frightening path of shocking revelations. Is Grace an innocent victim? Or is she the scheming murderess everyone believes her to be?

“A tense, mesmerizing stage adaptation.” — The Daily Beacon

ADVISORY:
Alias Grace is suitable for adult and older teenage audiences. Margaret Atwood’s haunting tale combines true crime lore with mind-bending psychological drama. In keeping with this genre, there are moments of violence and sexuality, and mild language.

RUNNING TIME: The show runs 2 hours and 15 minutes, including one intermission.
