First and foremost, we’d like to express how grateful we are that you are part of our Playhouse family, and we have missed seeing you at the theatre this spring. We have been overwhelmed by the support of people like you during this trying time, from the many folks who have donated back their tickets to cancelled performances to the patrons who have been showing kindness to our staff. We sincerely appreciate you! As we look towards the future with optimism, we encourage you to let us know if you will be returning to the theatre for the 2020-21 season with a renewed subscription. We want to make the renewal process easy for you.

Things to Know:

The renewal deadline was May 8, but if you still want to renew, please do!
• ALL subscribers can now pay in 9 installments. The 3-month and 6-month options are still options, too.
• We know how unpredictable the world is right now. If you commit and your situation changes, we will work with you to provide a refund, if necessary.
• The best way for us to communicate with you at this time is via email. If you don't already receive emails from us, please fill out this form to
share your preferred email address or to let us know if you don't have an email.

How to Renew:

Log in to your account and renew online. (This option provides the quickest turnaround on your renewal.)
Call the Box Office at 513-421-3888, Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please know that our staff is working remotely and just three people are taking incoming calls. There may be significant wait times.

As we all move forward together in this uncertain time, we want you to know that performance dates could shift, and other adjustments may become necessary. We will communicate any changes with you directly if they arise — our top priority is to take care of you. We can’t thank you enough for your patience, your flexibility and, most importantly, your ongoing and generous support of the Playhouse. We look forward to seeing you at the theatre again soon.

Discounted Parking
Subscribers can reserve parking in the Playhouse garage for just $8.50 in advance of your show. Parking for single ticket buyers and parking for anyone purchased from the garage attendant is $10.

Play Now, Pay Later
We have easy payment plans so you can pay in two, three or six monthly installments. (10-Show Subscribers have a nine-installment option as well!) Payment plans are available when purchased through the Box Office at 513-421-3888.
